Village Farm Cafe
For those who are travelling the Wales countryside along the M4 and fancy a nice warm cup or tea or want to grab a bite, turn at Junction 37 and ride for a mile up north into Pyle, where you will find the Village Farm Cafe tucked away. Whether you fancy a sandwich or a Full English breakfast, you will love the menu here.
The cafe is situated on a small industrial estate, and most of the customers are locals who work in and around the area. While it is a little gem of a place with not many people being aware of its presence in the area, it is always busy and there is ample parking space.
The decor is very British and there are many tables and seating available. With plastic tablecloths and the usual condiments on every table, the decor is minimalistic but pleasing. There even are a few tables placed outside for when the weather in the area permits to eat outdoors.
What makes it a great place to dine at is its kitchen, which is to be found in the corner of the main dining room (you can see your order being prepared) and it is the same area where you order and pay up.
There’s no fuss and frills at this café. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is warm and cosy. It is a favourite with bikers who ride along the trails in the area. Also there is free Wi-fi!
Village Farm Café is a must do on your next bike trip to the area.
