As 2021 gets underway, the countdown to the start of the British Superbike Championship is on and we are very pleased to say we are once again partnering with the SYNETIQ BMW team! This is our second year with the TAS Racing run team, and we can’t wait to see how hot new signings Danny Buchan and Andrew Irwin get on with the incredible new BMW M 1000 RR.
This partnership will give us unique access to the team, which means we can run a wide range of competitions to Devitt followers throughout the season!
As the official BMW Motorrad BSB team, our partnership with SYNETIQ also strengthens our ties with the manufacturer, as we also run the official BMW Motorrad Insurance scheme in the UK.
The eleven-round 2021 BSB season looks set to be an epic year, and the TAS Racing team are no strangers to success. Re-entering the world of road racing at the turn of the millennium, the team are most recognized for their success on the Roads, taking an incredible 18 Isle of Man TT wins, 28 North West 200 victories and 23 Ulster GP wins.
However, the team has also had a lot of success on the short circuits, with BSB wins aplenty, and securing the British Supersport title in 2007 and 2011 plus the National Superstock 1000 Championship in 2009 and 2018. Check out more about the team at https://www.synetiqbmw.com/.
