Yamaha XT125 Bike Overview
The popular adventure enduro model, the Yamaha XT125 was first launched back in 2003, although it stopped production in the UK in 2012 the XT125 still remains in circulations now on AutoTrader and other selling sites.
The one thing that can be said about the Yamaha XT125 is it’s reliable. It’s one of Yamaha’s most basic 125cc machines, but it’s still a firm favourite with Yamaha fans. Ideal for commuting around busy cities and town centre, but also comfortable enough to go longer distances if needs be.
Being a smaller capacity machine, the Yamaha XT125 is cheap to run, insure and maintain on the whole, which makes it desirable for new riders. It can still reach a top speed of 73mph which is pretty decent of a 125, and averages 55 mpg.
Yamaha have since upgraded this model to the XT125 X version.
