If you’re looking for quality and style on a decent budget then the RF900 might be the motorbike for you. The RF900 is an extremely sporty-looking sports tourer with 937cc, 125bhp and a 200 mile tank range.
The bike is heavily modeled on the GSXR1100 but that means it’s got great reliability, perfect for day-to-day use and touring too. You’ll get a top speed of 162mph from the liquid cooled, inline four-stroke engine. There’s plenty of room for going two up as well, although the bike does already weigh in at 203kg.
Getting your hands on a Suzuki RF900 is fairly easy to do, there’s still a few on the market and you’re still guaranteed to find all the parts you need too.

Love my pink and purple colour scheme as I'm female , worst thing is when it rains for prolonged and heavy rain the bike doesn't like it ! I love my old bike , she is generally very reliable. She is economical to run on fuel. She doesn't cost too much to insure and tax, so a affordable hobby !

It's smooth and takes corners well, it doesn't feel heavy
It's powerful enough to keep up with most other bikes within the speed limits. Very pleased with the performance.
It seems quite good on fuel 250 miles per tank, good for touring, better than my other bikes. With insurance and tax £200, fuel depends probably £30 a month fuel only occasional use.
Very reliable only broken down due to prolonged heavy rain, don't know the cause
Disc brakes it stops ok, grip is good

The rf 900 is one of the best all round bikes,power handing best bike I ever owned and believe me I owned most of them ,last one a 1300 hyabusa 1999 model
