Peugeot Vivacity 125 Overview
It’s pretty clear that Peugeot know a thing or two about scooters and moped, the Vivacity 125 is no exception. One of the more popular Peugeot scooter models on the market, it was first released in 2010 and is still going strong today.
Reliable, relatively stylish and well priced, this is a great stepping stone machine into the world of two wheels. With a lower centre of gravity it means it’s easy to balance one – perfect if you’re a new rider. It’s got enough power for a slick city commuter, lightweight and agile enough to take you where you need to go.
The claimed top speed of the Peugeot Vivacity 125 is 60mph, although you might struggle once you hit the 40mph mark. Although if you’re planning on using it for your daily commute in a busy town or city centre then you won’t be needing it for speed – waiting for your next big boy bike for that luxury!
Other features you’ll find on Peugeot’s Vivacity include fuel gauge, digital clocks, output to charge your phone and a hook to carry a bag. Most importantly the 22l underseat storage which is big enough to fit a full face helmet!
From new you can pick up the Vivacity at just around £2,000 making it one of the cheaper 125cc scooters on the market compared to Honda’s PS125.
