Kawasaki GPZ 1100 Overview
Manufactured between 1981 – 1985, the Kawasaki GPZ 1100 is one of the more popular classic bikes on the market right now.
The GPZ 1100 was the first 1100cc motorbike ever produced by Kawasaki, a strong foundation for the future of Kawasaki’s big bike range. like many bikes of its time, the GPZ 1100 is a heavy piece of kit but still makes for a great ride.
Weighing in a hefty 250kg, the GPZ1100 is a beast but like most bikes of its generation that was the norm – it doesn’t stop it from producing a top speed of over 100mph though! This sports tourer styled machine is equipped to give you miles and miles of riding with comfort, lots of room for a pillion and plenty of power.
However you’ll need to keep on top your maintenance regime with the GPZ 11100, the build quality is poor compared to what Kawasaki produce today on their newer machines so keeping an eye on any corrosion or rust is a must!
