BMW C 400 X Bike Overview

This BMW maxi-scooter is powered by a Euro 4 compliant liquid cooled 350cc single cylinder engine, which is capable of producing a maximum torque of 6,000rpm and 33.5bhp.

Built for city and urban riding, the C 400 X only weighs 204kg which makes it easy to manoeuvre. The full LED front lights and Y-shaped daytime running light ensure the bike appears modern and up-to-date, which of course it is. Another feature of the C 400 X is the ability to link your smartphone to the TFT display, enabling you to play music, use the navigation tool and make calls easily.

The BMW maxi-scooter is available in three cool designs, Zenith blue metallic, Alpine white, and Black storm metallic at a price starting at £6,200. Although it has to be said if you’re after extras, this price can be seen to increase rapidly.

Introduced in 2018, this is the first of BMW’s middleweight maxi-scooter range, having not targeted this market before.

With a top speed of 86 mph and having been described as quick off the mark, this machine has everything to be the perfect commuter.
