If retro-style is your thing, then the Fat Boy will hit all the right buttons.  This cruiser may not be the most comfortable of bikes to ride but the V-twin engine, the distinctive disc wheels and the Harley-Davidson sound more than make up for a little discomfort every now and then.

Riders have observed that although the suspension features twin shocks, its location under the engine means that it gives a harder ride than you might expect whilst others report that the bike is also a little heavier than they might have anticipated.  However, this cruiser handles itself well with good balance, torque and with a simplicity to the steering which makes it a pleasure to ride.

The Fat Boy is probably one of the more expensive of Harley-Davidson bikes but it is also one of the more desirable, so tends to hold its value well.  The rugged look, with steel finishes over alloy, and under-stated build, make this the Harley-Davidson most bikers dream of owning.  The good thing about purchasing a Harley-Davidson is that you can be confident the bike will have been well made and with high quality products, although it is always a good idea to see full service history if you decide to buy second-hand.

This bike comes without some of the modern technology riders might expect to find in bikes on today’s modern market but this is a throw back to bikes in their glory days with style, chrome and plenty to draw the attention of passers-by.
