Everything you need to know about the Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival
Motorcyclists from up and down the country gather at the end of April every year to take part in the popular Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival; this event is all about raising vital funds from the Midlands Air Ambulance and last year alone it raised £82,000.
Over 3,000 motorcyclists take part in a 23-mile ride from Meole Brace in Shrewsbury to RAF Cosford in Shropshire. Once the bikers have reached their final destination, the rest of the day is about chilling out, enjoying live entertainment and grabbing a bite to eat and drink with your friends.
You don’t need to ride a motorbike to take part in the event, you can be a pillion on a friends bike or you can just buy a ticket to attend the festival part and watch all the bikes coming in – just make sure you give them a wave!
There’s a lot of famous faces that take part in supporting the Bike4Life ride out including Carl Forgarty, Steve Parrish, Mike Tindall and Dougie Lampkin, to name but a few.
