Kent Better Bikers (KBB)
If you’re based in the Kent area, then check out the Kent Better Bikers group. Established in 2013, the club was exclusive to those who held IAM, Police Safe Rider or ROSPA advanced riding qualifications, however the club now welcomes all riders.
The Kent Better Bikers ethos is based on safe riding and respect for all road users.
Rules aren’t written in stone, but a few are as follows:
- Respect for speed limits in built up and rural areas
- Group riding etiquette – staggered grouping
- Basic adherence to the system as promoted by police riders
The club is affiliated to the British Motorcycle Federations and annual membership costs £15.
Kent Better Bikers meet on the last Thursday of every month at 8pm at the Red Lion, Lenham Square. The club meet consists of organizing upcoming events and training.
